having lived in hawaii for years and years i was aware of the african heritage amongst many of the islands...

there is a beautiful story of african traveling the world water ways who fell in love with hawaii having been away from home for so long and swam to the shores and made it home. it's also said amongst natives that africans brought the drums to hawaii.

once a year they have an indigenous people surfing get together and when you see the indigenious peoples from all over it is clear to see that there is african blood all over the world!!

go head girl!!
